Information we handle
We handle your public wallet address, sign-in proof, token name, ticker, website, image, developer-buy budget, transaction messages and signatures, and launch status. We do not request your seed phrase or private keys. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process connection and operational data such as IP address, browser information, request times and error logs to deliver and secure the service. Public wallet addresses and transactions can be linked to activity and may identify you when combined with other information.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your wallet, prepare and submit transactions you approve, prevent duplicate actions and abuse, publish token metadata, display confirmed launches, support users and diagnose failures. Where a legal basis is required, these activities rely on performing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and operation, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where applicable.
Public blockchain and IPFS records
Token images and metadata are uploaded to public IPFS through Pinata. Wallet addresses and confirmed transactions are public on Solana. Other services may copy, index and retain those records. We cannot guarantee deletion or correction of data already published to these networks. Do not submit confidential information or personal information you do not intend to make public.
Cookies and browser storage
The service uses an HTTP-only wallet-session cookie lasting up to one hour and a sign-in challenge cookie lasting up to five minutes. These support authentication. Signing out removes the session cookie. A pending launch reference is stored in browser local storage until you dismiss it or clear storage so you can resume an interrupted flow.
The application does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and coin images load from public gateways; those providers receive the connection information required to serve them. Browser settings can restrict cookies and storage, but authentication or recovery may then stop working.
Retention and security
Application launch records and transaction references are retained to maintain the launch index, prevent duplicate transactions and support troubleshooting. Rate-limit records support abuse prevention. We review retention needs and handle deletion requests subject to operational and legal requirements; no automatic deletion period is promised for launch records. Public blockchain and IPFS copies may remain indefinitely.
We use access controls, server-side credentials and signed sessions to protect application data. No storage or transmission system is risk-free. Protect your wallet and never send us its recovery phrase.
Choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant regulator. Contact contact@percolator.trade to make a request. We may need reasonable verification of your identity or wallet control. Requests cannot erase immutable network records or override legal obligations.
Children, changes and contact
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this notice as the service changes, showing a new effective date and providing additional notice where required.
